This piece was accidentally discovered. While cutting this piece of bright red jasper I found in the southern Utah desert, the stone naturally broke into the shape of the state of Utah. Instead of discarding it as a broken piece, I chose to polish and preserve it, embracing what nature offered.
Set in sterling silver and strung on a 16” sparkle chain, this one-of-a-kind necklace carries the color and spirit of Utah, the rusted cliffs, the iron-rich soil, and the reminder that sometimes nature knows the design better than we do.
