A Slower Way In
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been quietly reworking this website.
Not to make it louder, but to make it feel closer to how the work is actually made. Fewer distractions. More space. Less urgency. A site that functions more like a studio table or a field notebook than a storefront.
The goal was simple:
let the work breathe.
This update was about removing what didn’t feel necessary anymore, and refining what remained. Clear paths. Plain language. Fewer decisions at once. A calmer pace.
I wanted the site to reflect the way I work- slow, material-led, and intentional, rather than asking you to sort through everything all at once.
A New Direction for Earring of the Month
Alongside the website update, I’m also introducing a quieter evolution of the Earring of the Month.
Instead of feeling like a drop or a rush, each monthly earring now begins with a concept/ feeling or a single themed design paired with a specific gemstone.
The intention is not constant novelty, but continuity.
Each design is released once per month, made to order in small batches, and allowed to exist on its own timeline. Some months may feel subtle. Others may shift or transform as the seasons change. The work is meant to evolve, not perform.
As the months move toward spring, the Earring of the Month will gradually evolve into a more elevated offering. Something designed to feel like agift, whether for yourself or someone else.
Why This Matters
This update is an invitation to take a slower way in, to explore the artwork without urgency, to spend time with a single object, and to engage with the process and ritual rather than the pressure to keep up.
If you’ve been here before, welcome back.
If this is your first visit, take your time.
The bench is still active. The work is ongoing.
